What you need
- A bowl
- Small strips of paper with ethical dilemmas
Setup
- Write 8 to 10 open-ended ethical dilemmas on paper strips
- Fold them into a bowl
- Agree on a strict no-shouting, one-speaker-at-a-time rule
Play prompts
- Can you argue a side you don't personally agree with?
- Can you change your mind if someone makes a good point?
- Can you keep the debate calm even when you disagree strongly?
Ways to change it up
- Add a devil's advocate round
- Vote on the most persuasive argument
- Keep a running list of dilemmas that never got fully resolved
Safety notes
- Let anyone step out of a topic that feels too heated or personal
